Meet your teacher: natural wellness coach Angela Wallis

Hi and welcome. I’m Angela Wallis owner of Woodside Clinic based in East Sussex, England. I’m a Natural Wellness Coach, Chinese medicine trained acupuncturist, massage therapist and Bach Flower Remedies prescriber. Through my 18-year clinical experience, I’ve seen first-hand how deeply sleep impacts every part of our wellbeing — from energy and mood to focus, resilience, and overall health. But I’ve also seen how frustrating it can be when you’re exhausted and nothing seems to work. That’s why my approach goes beyond quick fixes. I focus on understanding the root causes of disrupted sleep — particularly the role of the nervous system, stress, and modern lifestyle demands. In this masterclass, I’ve brought together the most effective, realistic strategies I use with my patients — simplified so you can start seeing changes straight away.

THE PROBLEM

Are you tired of: - Lying awake with a racing mind? - Waking at 2–4am and struggling to fall back asleep? - Feeling exhausted… no matter how long you’re in bed? - Trying all the “sleep tips” that just don’t work? You’re not broken — your nervous system is just overwhelmed. And most sleep advice doesn’t address that.

THE PROMISE

Inside this mini masterclass, you’ll learn: ✔ Why your body won’t switch off (even when you’re exhausted) ✔ The hidden link between stress, hormones, and sleep disruption ✔ How to calm your nervous system before bed — naturally ✔ Simple, realistic shifts that improve sleep without strict routines ✔ What to do when you wake in the night (without spiralling)

THE TRANSFORMATION

Imagine this instead: - Your mind slowing down as your head hits the pillow - Falling asleep without effort or frustration - Waking in the night… and easily drifting back off - Starting your day feeling clearer, calmer, and more energised This is about working with your body — not forcing it.

About the Course

Sleep isn’t just about routines or habits — it’s deeply connected to how your body and nervous system respond to stress, stimulation, and modern life. In this mini masterclass, you’ll learn what’s really happening beneath the surface when sleep becomes difficult — whether that’s struggling to fall asleep, waking in the night, or feeling unrefreshed in the morning. This course brings together over 18 years of clinical experience, translating complex science into simple, practical strategies you can apply immediately. You’ll be guided through a clear, realistic approach to improving your sleep — without rigid rules, overwhelm, or quick fixes that don’t last. Instead, you’ll learn how to work with your body to create deeper, more restorative rest.

Student Testimonials

"I could go off easily but then I would wake up most nights around 1am and then that was it. I felt awful for so long. This course gave me some massive lightbulb moments. I was eating way too late, and had no bedtime routine.  Now I've learnt some lovely sleep rituals that really help. "

"Sleep was my enemy. I'd go to bed on time, and then I'd be lying awake for hours. I've learnt my body and mind need to slow down and switch off way before I get into bed."
Keith L

Brighton, UK

"I used to sleep really easily, then perimenopause came and kicked me up the backside. I'd either lie awake for hours looking up at the ceiling, or wake up about 3am and not be able to go back to sleep. Learning how to navigate perimenopause sleep problems using what I think are easy steps, has been a game changer."

"I've learnt so much in this course, it's been a lifesaver."
